Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because this event is a limited-capacity fundraiser directly benefiting the historic preservation of The Abigail Stuart House (Woman's Club of Olympia), all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, we offer two flexible options:
Ticket Transfers: You may transfer your ticket to another attendee at any time up to 24 hours before the event. Simply update the attendee name and email address via your registration confirmation page or contact us with the new guest's information.
Tax-Deductible Donation: If you cannot attend and choose not to transfer your pass, your ticket purchase will be processed as a direct contribution toward the preservation fund for The Abigail Stuart House.
Registration & Entry
Digital Check-In: No printed tickets are required. Please present your digital order confirmation email or a valid photo ID matching the registration name at the door.
Age Requirements: The Cascadia Mystic Convergence is an all-ages event. Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a registered parent or legal guardian.
Venue Accessibility & Facilities
Historic Building Access: The main hall and workshop spaces on the ground level of The Abigail Stuart House are fully accessible. Due to the historic architectural nature of the building, select upper-level areas may have stair-only access. If you require specific mobility accommodations, please reach out to our team in advance so we can assist you.
Parking: Street parking is available along 10th Ave SE and the surrounding residential neighborhood, alongside designated public parking lots in downtown Olympia within walking distance. We encourage carpooling or public transit when possible.
Community Standards & Venue Respect
The Cascadia Mystic Convergence is dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all attendees, speakers, vendors, and volunteers.
Respectful Engagement: Disruptive behavior, harassment, or non-consensual photography/videography during intimate workshop sessions will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue without a refund.
Historic Preservation: The Abigail Stuart House is a cherished local landmark. We ask all guests to respect the building, furnishings, and grounds throughout the weekend.
Event Postponement or Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the Convergence is postponed or canceled due to severe weather, unforeseen emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, all registered ticket holders will receive immediate email notification with options regarding rescheduled dates or ticket adjustments.
